SASSA Takes Expert Services to Fernie Local Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie two Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render services towards the community.

SASSA will probably be rendering expert services for instance new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer care enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency mentioned it's alarmed with regards to the higher range of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The aim with the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to some superior number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“That is as a result of lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no completely functional office dedicated to service the area daily. “In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise far more methods to empower the servicing of all shoppers and maximize usage of Social Assistance products and services,” the agency said.
